1. Personal information & Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our information practices.
WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY!
We treat your information like we want ours treated.
Your personal information is PRIVATE! All information we receive from you (name, address, billing information, etc.) and all transactions will remain confidential. We will NOT sell, or give away your personal information or e-mail address.
We will NEVER reveal anything we see, or hear while doing your Home or Busines Inventory Documentation. Your information and data is safe with us. What your inventory contains is no ones business but yours!
We will NOT release, or give your information or data to anyone, for ANY reason, without written permission from you! The only exception, is when we are served with proper legal documents issued by a Court of Law, governed under the statutes of the State of Nevada, or United States Federal Court of law, which will be varified. You will be notified if we receive any inquires, or court orders involving you, or your information. Weicor, LLC a Nevada company, complies with the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States of America. We do NOT answer, or respond to any other state, country or political entity.
Our Commitment To Data Security is to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to be unacceptable for anyone under 13.
If you would like to speak with some of our clients to ask if they were happy with our work, etc., we will contact the clients who have volunteered, ask if they are interested in speaking with you and if so, we will arrange the contact per the client's instructions. To protect their privacy, we will not give out their contact information unless they give permission on a case by case basis. Some of our clients might speak with you, but most of them do not want to be bothered. We respect that, you should too!

2. Photography:
Orders and requests for our "SPECIAL" photography services can be made either on the phone, or by e-mail. If made by e-mail, please include your phone number and the best time for us to call, so we can set an appointment.
We will take any and all photographs allowed under the laws of the United States of America and the State of Nevada. We will NOT take any child pornography photographs and WILL report any requests for them to Law Enforcement! Yes, we will take nude baby photographs in good taste if you desire, but NOT child pornography. For photographs of children, you must prove to us you are the parent, or legal guardian of the child. This is for our protection, as well as the child's. We reserve the right to refuse, or terminate the photo session at any time, for any reason.
When you contract with us to take photographs for you, we will honor your privacy. No one will ever know we took your photographs, unless YOU tell them, or give us written permission to use some of your photos in our company portfolio to demonstrate our work. We will never show, or give your photos to anyone without your written permission. Once you are satisfied with the photos and they are in your possession, we will destroy any copies of them on our computers and in our possession, unless you contract with us to store them for you. The exception to this paragraph is Model photos. See section 3.
When you contract with us for Safe Storage of your data, it will be encrypted, placed in a secure area of our computer system and backed up. All encrypted backups are stored offsite in an alarmed fireproof vault. You don't have to worry about misplacing or loosing your data in a disaster such as fire, or theft. It will remain private.
To ensure the privacy of your information, all backed up data stored offsite is transported by Armed Security. No one will have access to your data. Is this over kill? We don't think so. As former Law Enforcement, we take your privacy and the security of your data very seriously!
Your data will remain private. An account number and pin code will be assigned to you for identification. You will NOT have access to our computers.

3. Model Consulting and Photography:
Models shall sign a "Contract" and "Release Form". These forms specify the requirements for the photo shoot, ownership and disposition of the photographs. We can publish your modeling photographs, which require a "Release Form". The parent or guardian of models under the age of 18, shall sign these documents, as minors are not allowed by law to enter into an agreement or contract. Under age 18 MUST have parental or guardian consent and a parent, or guardian shall be present at ALL times. Due to everything that has been in the news over tha past few years, our photographers will NOT be alone in a room with a minor. This is for the photographer's protection and there are NO EXCEPTIONS! If the parent or guardian can't be present during the photograph session, it will not occure. It is encouraged, but not required for models age 18 and over, to have friends or family members accompany them during the photo shoot.
Prices vary according to the photographic session and package arrangement the model selects.
We are looking for NEW FACES and FIGURES to photograph.
Both male and female, any age and any body type.
Following the photo shoot, Model's digital photographs (negatives if film is used) will be maintained (filed/stored) for a period of two years at no additional charge. After this period, storage fees apply at the rate in effect at that time. In the rare unforeseeable event these materials are destroyed or damaged in this period, the photographer agrees to re-photograph, within reason, any simulated situation the client may arrange.

4. Photo Gallery Orders:
Orders for prints from our Photo Gallery can be made online, via the telephone, or in person.
All picture prints are customized to your order. You must specify the size and finish (glossy, semi-gloss or matte) of the photo paper you want your picture printed on. Failure to provide this information will delay your order. Please see the Gallery Price list for paper size, price and shipping.

5. Payment:
For online payments, we are set up to use PayPal (major credit cards accepted). ALL credit card sales are payable to Weicor, LLC.
For telephone and in person orders we will accept Cash, Money orders, Cashiers checks or Certified bank checks made payable to Weicor, LLC. All payments must be in America Dollars. Shipment will be made after the payment is received. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to problems in the past, we are unable to accept personal checks. If you send a personal check, it will be returned to you and your order will not be processed.
If service has been performed and/or merchandise delivered and payment is denied for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), any NSF fees the bank charges us, will be passed on to you with an additional charge of $25 plus any legal fees incurred in recouping money owed us.

6. Shipment:
We only use quality photo paper. Pictures are normally printed and shipped within 7 business days of receiving payment confirmation. To prevent damage to your photographic print/s, we make sure they have dried for 24 hours before we ship them.
Due to the amount of orders received between Thanksgiving and Christmas, it could take up to 10 business days to custom print and ship your order. We will strive to make your shipment as soon as possible. Because your satisfaction is very important to us, please allow us the time to print a quality product during our busy season.
All shipments will have a return receipt so we can track them. When ordering, please include your e-mail address so we can inform you of the
tracking number when we ship your order.

7. Refunds:IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, WE ARE NOT SATISFIED!
Returns must be authorized in advance if you wish to receive a refund. If you are not satisfied with your picture, please
contact us within 5 business days of receiving it and we will make arrangements.
The price of the picture will be refunded within 5 business days of us receiving the picture, provided we receive it in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
Please note: Shipping costs are NOT refundable and return shipping is at YOUR expense.

8. Testimonials:
We would like to encourage you to send us your Testimonial to be placed on our web site. Please limit them to about 200 words or less. To protect your privacy, you will remain anonymous. Unless
you authorize the use of your first and last name, only your initials and state, or first name and state will be used.
Example: "First name from State", or, "First & Last name from State", or "F" from State"

9. Popups, Advertisement and Cookies:
It is against our company and personal policy to send any pop up/under advertisement with our web pages. We don't like them and refuse to use them.
- We do NOT use, or authorize any pop up, or pop under advertisements of any kind with our pages.
- The only exception to pop up's, is our Photo Gallery. At the present time, when you click on any thumbnail image, the larger image and shopping cart open in a "Pop up" window. If a larger image does not appear when you click on any thumbnail image, please make sure your browser is set to accept pop up
windows from the weicor.com web site.
- We don't like using cookies, but at this time, have no choice. The first cookie is our page hit counter. This cookie prevents the counter from counting you a second time when you refresh the page. This gives us a fairly accurate count of visitors. Without this cookie, the counter increments every time the page refreshes. Our Tech support assures us these cookies are ONLY for the page counters. PLEASE allow your browser to accept cookies from the weicor.com web site. Thank you.
The second cookie is our Bulletin Board (BBS), which uses cookies to allow you to automatically log in (if you don't log out), sorts the posts you have already seen and display the new ones. Our Tech support assures us these cookies are ONLY for the BBS functions. Please have cookies enabled for weicor.com to make your visit better.
The third cookie is PayPal. In order to use the PayPal service, they will send a cookie to your computer. Please have cookies enabled, or you will not be able to make purchases online using your credit card.
Other then what is listed above, if you are receiving any pop up's, pop under's, advertisement or cookies while viewing any of our pages, please
send us an e-mail as they are NOT from us.

10. SPAM:
- It has come to our attention that our e-mail address has been circulating on SPAM messages. They are NOT from us.
It is against our company and personal policy to send any unsolicited e-mail (SPAM) to anyone. We consider it a poor business practice, in bad taste and a total waste of everyone's time. We refuse to do it!
If we have an ongoing business or personal relationship with you, we could from time to time, send you an e-mail or snail mail message with updates on our products and services.
- SPAM will NOT be tolerated in our BBS Forum! New users who register with a spam e-mail address and/or spam web page (sex, drugs, games involving chance or money, gambling, etc.) or registered users who change their info to the aforementioned, will be deleted from the BBS user list.
Any user who posts a spam message or sends it through the "Private message" or e-mail system within the BBS, will only receive one warning and their private messages and e-mail access in the BBS will be removed for 30 days. If it happens again, they will be removed and added to the banned user list. Their internet service provider (ISP) will be notified and the IP address could be blocked. Yes, your IP address is listed in our logs when you register, send e-mail and private messages or post messages to the Forums.
If you as a registered member/user of the Community Forum BBS receive any SPAM type messages through the BBS, PLEASE forward that message within the BBS messaging system to the BBS Administrator (admin).

We voluntarily labeled with "ICRA". The Internet Content Rating Association is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to protect children from potentially harmful material.
